This is the second time I received a call from this number. The first time my phone only rang twice. I didn't recognize the number, so I didn't answer. The caller left no message. This time the call was blocked.
Missed a call from this number. Fired an SMS at it and it came up as a landline. May keep digging, but these robocalls are intended to circumvent the "Do not call" lists by not actually "making" a call by hanging up before you can answer.
