The Do Not Call list does not prevent scammers from calling you. It's up to companies to honor your request, and if they don't, they face financial and legal penalties.
They called left no message I called back and they wanted to give me a hundred dollar gift card they asked for a address and then they asked me if I was some random guy I told them I wasn't but nevertheless the person on the other side still offered me the reward then they asked me to pay 4 dollars for whatever I asked for their website name I checked it up and there was no such website so I told the lady on the other end to never call back and I hung up just another scam
