Debt collector calling, trying to identify which company they work for

It's GoDaddy trying to sell web design services if you've recently purchased a domain.

VERY pissed these people called me with the same "Web Designer" spiel.  I did not let their broken English speaker get to the second sentence.  Hung up, added them to a Blacklist, and wish to hell I could stand 2" from their face and tell them to fug off, and never EVER call unsolicited to any phone, ever.  Goddamed low lifes.  Really angers me what they did.

If it's possible to take legal action?
