This number sent a text message to my cell phone (!) and it's offering, in the middle of Winter (early February 2010) about some discount in my utility bills for June, July and August !!!
This person/company texted: "If you would like to receive up to 20% off on my gas & electric bills, and up to $50 of my June, July, and August bills. Reply Yes. This is a free service!"
Same situation. I found out that this is coming from another cell phone in New York City may be subscribed to a company called Level 3 Communications, Long Island City, NY., but headquartered in Colorado, website: http://www.level3.com/.
