I received two emails, one on Monday where they only listed my SSN and asking to pay $920 by calling this number.  Received another email yesterday with more of my information: home address, driver’s license number, SSN, DOB and name of one of my Banks.  Email looked like a legal affidavit with logo from a court house in MO.  Address used on the email was: 111 South 10th St, St. Louis, MO 63102.  The document was embedded.  I did a search on Total Administrative Services Corp (TASC Inc), which was named as the company that I owed money to for a defaulted PayDay loan.  Which I did not do!!

I did what Alfalfa suggested above and reported it to the FTC.  Called my banks and told them and reported the emails as phishing to flag my accounts.  Called all three credit bureaus to let them know that there might be some identity theft.  Also changed all the passwords to my email address, online banking, facebook, anything that would any of my information.

Anyone getting these types of emails, you should do the same.  IT IS A SCAM!

Here is the URL of the PayDay loan company that the email says you owe money to.  Nothing to do with PayDay loan services.  Also the scammers are getting smart.  They did not include the phone number, rather they are asking you to respond to the email.  Hopefully by including the email, someone else can find this blog and be informed.

They r harrassing me with emails and porn emails and threating letters from the number 347-708-0277 joseph martim

I had that Joseph Martin bothering me lately. I already reported to federal trade commission. I've talked with this man on many times.  I think he is scamming me for money.  I don't owe any money for pay day loans.  Every time we talk he sounds like a man with many marbles in his mouth. I've cursed this guy out and he keeps telling me on a recorded line. I've told him i dont care. Now he going by a number of 800 425 0215. I hope the law enforcement or FBI catch this disgrace to the earth kind of a man. Picking on the innocent for no reason.
