Two short rings, they must be paid by the number of phone numbers they call and have decided that nobody will talk with them any way so they are getting in as much numbers dialed as possible for the time they are working. LOL!
Missed a call from this number. Would not have answered anyway, but I always do a web search on those kinds of calls to see if anyone else if getting these calls. This time....yes.
