Who called from 3477081865

I have received 3-5 calls from this number. There are 2 or 3 rings and then a hang up. Never any messages left.

My Call Control app on my android blocked it so I didn't know they called until I checked the blocked call log.  I guess enough people reported it that their number ended  up on the community black list.  From the other reports it sounds like the Lisa at Rewards Redemption scam if you call the number back.
Why can't I select Scam under call type, it's not one of the choices?

They called twice. I didn't respond.
