This is a bank take over fraud number. This person will photograph a check and then deposit it into your account. Then hacks your account and takes all the money back out. The check is counterfeit and when the fraud is discovered they will call you at work posing as Police to get money unfrozen and continue the scam. Names used so far is Wilson Santiago or Marvin Ortiz.
