they have called me from diffrent numbers in the past . they say i took out a loan and i need to pay back. the informeed me i would have legal action taken . when call back they always get upset and threaten me. i never took out a payday loan. they have all my personal info. five times in a span of six months they called threatening to kick my [***] and kick my wives [***]. i just laughed at them . this really upset them when i laughed in his face. he said he was coming too my door in two days and beat up my kids. i dont have kids or a wife. so i kept laughing. he was confused why i was laughing . he responded it ok to kick your families [***] i said yes its ok . he shut up and i hung up the phone.. i knew from this conversation, its a scam dont take them seriously. always a guy with a thick indian accent buy the name of frank smith. no really honest company wouldnt threaten you .
So I have just started receiving these calls as of 2 days ago. I instantly freaked out because I have never gotten a loan from anyone except from a bank. Let alone just filed bankruptcy so I didn't have anything left to give. I thought my life just hit another train wreck. Well I called my lawyer right away. He was baffled when I told him all this was going on and told me to give his information to the people. So I called them back, that was a rush....they were so mad at me for calling. They wouldn't take my lawyers information and hung up the phone after some very nasty works exchanged. So I called my bank to make sure nothing was going on with my accounts since they have all my information...I MEAN EVERYTHING. Bank found nothing going on with it so they are freezing my accounts to let nothing go through except authorized transactions. This was all the other day. Today they called me from a 000-000-00 number...well that's a crap. So after yelling again and exchanging more nasty words, now my lawyer is totally hard ball on getting these people stopped. So if they are reading these...GAME ON!!! You have messed with the wrong lady...LOL!
I have just started getting calls from these people from a +0000000 number, they also called my work number and I told them that no one works here by that name. The guy just replied, "Oh Really!" Again, the accent is of Indian decent and very hard to understand. Either way, I will let my supervisor know that this is a scam and to ignore the calls; same for my family.
These people started calling me about two years ago but I always ignored their phone calls. They started calling me at work this past week, and told me I was going to be arrested and a felony was going to filed against me. I didn't know what they were talking about, but it scared me because I've never had anyone call me at work like that. Thank you all for your posts, though...because after I hung up the phone I googled their phone number and read what everyone wrote. I immediately called my bank and had my debit card canceled and told them what was happening. A couple days later these men started calling me again. I told them I found out they were fraud and they didn't have access to my money, and what not, and they started calling me a f***ing bi*** and a [***] and said "give me your f***ing money". Any legit company would not behave in such an awful and unprofessional manner. Again, I want to thank everyone who wrote in here.
