Called and I wasn't home. He left a message saying he wishes me luck if I don't return the phone call.  I don't take to be threatened lightly.

Indian or Pakistani garden variety IRS or debt scammers.  Ignore the calls and block them.

Threats that a "situation will unfold" if I don't respond... should be illegal.

Read Resident 47's post from yesterday. These are criminal extortion scammers. Everything they are doing is illegal.

Sent a very threatening call saying need to hear from or my attorney of record.
