Same thing here. Pending lawsuit, 3 calls in 2 1/2 hours. Answered the last 2 to call their bluff but hang up every time.

Automated foreign voice tells of a law suit I have to take care of before they send it to county court. Got this call 3 times today. These guys are having fun on the day federal taxes are due.

Rec'd 2 calls from this number today, the one within the last minute.  Recording says this is Officer Ray Fleck with the local police dept. reporting that the IRS has a lawsuit filed against my name.  Please call 347-717-4562 before this lawsuit is submitted to my county court house.
