At 3:54 pm on 12/2/2016 my home landline telephone rang. After saying "hello" the caller remained silent not saying a word. The line was still open and the idiot caller was obviously still on the line. Regardless, mr calling "moron" is in direct violation of the do not call register. My caller id shows the call originated from brooklyn, new york.
