IRS said they were going to sue me

Called 10 mins ago. Said Irs filing lawsuit against me.

IRS Scam:  Do not answer or give information.  This number is listed on IRS.gov as being phone scam

The most important thing to know is that this is an overseas scam and the IRS does not initiate contact over the telephone.

Called 9/23/15, 8:27 am MST.  Identified self from IRS, with accent.  I said I couldn't understand him, and could I talk to someone else.  They hung up.
