347-748-9722 18 Aug 2016 fake collection attempt voicemail from 347-748-9722 advising following:
"My name is Eric Sharp. This is regarding an important legal matter. Please press 1 to be connected or call 716-328-0786. when calling please reference your case number [some junk number that begins w/ 2016 to make it sound current LOL]. this message is intended for [not my name]..."
then message repeats itself again and again.
if it was an important legal matter, persons would be contacted in writing! their goal: get you to pay them $$ over the phone. Christmas is coming up so I guess these scammers are starting up again.
and voicemail is for someone else's name, thus clearly these are the same fraudulent payday loan scammers who have been threatening with prosecution, jail and more since 2008. per West Virginia's Atty General, they're 100% fraud. discovered WV AG after one of the companies fraudsters claimed to be was already sued by WV AG and known to be criminals calling from remote phone centers to dial out (so they're not caught) and only know who you are when you call them, a mistake I've regretted since 2008, but they're still using wrong name. oh well... either way, reported call to donotcall.gov and FBI's tip line, which makes them disappear for a while
Just google the number 347-748-9722 and your comment. I too received a call from Eric Sharp to call 716.328.0786 case# 2016-227033.
Eric Sharp from what company? Hmmmm... why would I call Eric Sharp I don't even know him.... Eric Sharp please stop calling people and harassing them.....
