Below is his most recent email. He seems to be targeting SP's off of Euros. I just called both numbers and he answered. Of course I told him it was justiceforrobertweiner...he had NOTHING to say!! Five minutes later the phones were disconnected. It's GREAT to seem him run. I'm sure he's EXTREMELY paranoid as we speak! (hahahahaha)
Behavior patterns described by his latest victim include:
1) VERY aggressive
2) Heavy crack smoker
3) VERY, VERY, VERY paranoid (hahahahaha)
4) Smelly
5) When he runs out of crack he says he will back then doesn't return! The other person involved will then call with some BS excuse and say the rock star (RW) will hook up with the SP next time he's in town. (for this example lets just use Toronto!!)
Also, please note that there is at least two people involved with his scam. Latest victim only met one of them which has been confirmed it's Robert Weiner but spoke to two people. Based on past surveillance we believe we know who else is involved with RW, and our building our case on the GOOF too!
He posted an an add on craigslist with one of the numbers he was using. Here is that ad:

Mike was recently in Orlando doing some work out there, and while there, he had seen the ad for you and wanted to try and set up an overnight meeting with you, however, there just wasn't enough time in his schedule while there to allow this to happen. He now finds himself w/ some un-expected time on his hands. He is trying to get a badly needed break in now, and is trying to take advantage of the unexpected break in his schedule. The band is currently on tour, and he had to take a short break before picking back up w/ the band in Asia (he is undergoing a medical procedure in his arm.) He apparently saved your info and has fwd. it to me, to see if you are willing, and avail. to go and see him in South Florida, where he has recently purchased a house and a few cars. He is there dealing w/ them, as well as some other business. I am willing to guarantee you a two day minimum, to make sure it is worth your time and trouble. I don't know what your fee for a trip like this, I'm guessing we would have to do it is, but we can discuss that when we speak. FYI, this could go a little bit longer( depending on how well the two of you get along as well as his/your schedule.). You two will figure out together, just how much longer, if at all, you'll stay once your together. (I do just want you to know, I did definitely try to talk him out of doing this, it has nothing to do w/ you personally, but just the fact that he is in S Fla. and there are a lot of beautiful women there that I could connect him w/ MUCH EASIER, but he wants to do this, so my job now is to try and make it happen if poss..) So you know, we do have a full In House travel dept. that will take care of all your travel needs (i.e. round trip flight, hotel, as well as a rental car) booked and paid for, prior to your leaving.
