I got a phone call this morning saying that I owed a payday loan that I never paid. I did research payday loans, but never accepted one. So I pressed for information, when the money was deposited, what account number, etc. They told me they didn't have details and that I had to make a decision to pay or get sued. (They threatened to put a suit against my social security number and send police out to my residence and work) And that I had to give them an answer right then. I said that my answer was that I wanted more information and they hung up on me. So I did some research on the name of the company and the phone number the gave me as a call-back and found all kinds of fraud alerts.
My Attorney General's office said ignore them.
I talked to Indian men or man with a thick accent going by the names of:

Received a message on my company’s corporate mail box stating that I had used the company name and financial information illegally. Both I and company were going to be sued and legal actions were pending, and I need to get back with them. Well the call was so unprofessional, you here about 20 people with foreign voice all talking very loud in the back ground. That is where I knew it was not for real and Google the number, and came back to this site.
Received a message saying a really serious issue against me and my social. Gave my last 4 social. Foreign accent, stated her name was Danny Dorn. Department of D/V CS.
this number calls me and leaves me a message that i'm going to be in serious trouble. This middle eastern guy says ask for jack dolson and he "wishes me good luck with this matter". Says the company is ACS???
same phone number above, keeps calling asking for me. Same middle eastern guy, says he works for acs and they are going to file a lawsuit against me for a pay day loan I NEVER got. Ay suggestions???
