They called my mobile phone.

This number called me a few times and told me that there is a fraud on my taxes for the pst few years and demands to pay them for $2570 in 2hrs. If not he said I will be arrested.

Robot message left when I didn't answer my phone.  Threatening message giving a case number and saying I better call back immediately or suffer the consequences! The call back number is 347-753-9927.

Received a call indicating it is regarding a criminal lawsuit

I said take it easy, you don't have to call me at 8pm in the night for that

Received phone call stating claim made by IRS. News covered this scam.  IRS only mails info never calls.  My message was from Ofc. Daniel Wiseman calling you from the legal department of internal revenue services
