Scam for sure. Robo message was I was refer by a friend or relative. Not. I did press one and got colorful. So, I hope I made them feel like crap. Did my good deed today. They use to call from Maine. So, I guess they move the scam to NY.

Uh, no. The second recording (different #) in the last couple weeks. This one is getting blocked, too, just like the first.
6/06/16 11:51 PDT Just tried to call again but have blocked number so rang once and hung up. This time caller ID was unknown. Wasn't given a chance to leave a message.
