First called on 7/1, then twice again on 7/3, CID New York, probably Brooklyn or Bronx. No msg.
See my posting for 347 753 4606, also 7/1. Cannot say specifically whether this is more of the ARRA call, or same call
center, spoofed number. The co-incidence and time are suspicious, and the ARRA is clearly a major red flag issue.
In any event, NYS doesn't appear to have anything in the works, and I never answer unknown callers, blocked!
