Same thing happened to me. He said he would settle if i paid 700. I said absolutely not since ive never taken out a loan before. And he was saying i had.
I received a so called service call about a Microsoft Windows issue and I informed the caller that I have a Mac computer and they changed their direction and said that was why they were calling was about my Mac not Windows as originally state so I continued to question the reason for the call and the caller just hung up so I don't know if it was a money scam or a data scam but eithere way it was a scam
Received a call from ID 911. Was told to call within the next 2 hours or I would be arrested. Call the # 347-774-0466 asked to whom I was speaking & was told he could not tell me unless I gave him my info. I repeated my request as to who he was, silence than he hung up.
Same thing just happened to me... They told me they're with the Attorney General Office. Also told me that I had a lawsuit in my name but couldn't tell me with who. I hung up
