Got several calls from this number, on my cell and my office phone. Calls were in the middle of the night, around 3 AM. Left a weird message with lots of static and crackling background music.
9/19/2013 As call was ringing I checked area code and saw was a State where I didn't know anyone. I didn't answer and no msg was left on my VM. I did a lookup and found this site.
