The same person, Christina Marie with Stearn and Associates, left a message stating that I needed to contact them immediately as I am wanted for questioning in an ongoing criminal investigation. Really....Never been in any trouble in my life.
I did receive the same call from Cristina. First she asked for Jessica when I told her wrong no. and hang up, she called again and left a voice mail to call back for an urgent criminal investigation on me. What a dumbo. I got suspicious and Google 3477787597...and luckily found this website. Thanks folks.
347-778-7597 is a scam! Christina Marie called my office as well - and they used a local hospital phone # to appear as a reputable call with a law firm. It's called spoofing. Somehow they can use another # - but it's not the # Christina Marie with Stern and Associates tells you to call back. They stated that it is urgent that they speak with one of the physicians because he is wanted for questioning in an ongoing investigation. They actually knew his last 4 digits of his ss# (I called the police. They said anyone can get that). It was an online loan obtained in his name in 2010. It was going to the state today @ 4 pm. The only thing he could do was hire a criminal attorney or pay the amount (or an agree upon lesser amount) to drop the charges. So it wouldn't go on his credit and that the police wouldn't come an arrest him. If it was someone who had stole his identity, he could take it to the social security office and they would investigate for free. Then if it was fraudulent, he could get a refund!

June 24th, 2015 just received a phone call from Tori @ Stearns & Associates, 347 778-7595 stating I was involved in a check fraud case. When I asked for her Business License number, she refused my request. I then told her I was going to report her and hung-up.
