Who called from 3477787611

I have received repeated calls from this number the message is as follows:
We are a processing service contacting you about a legal matter that has been filed under your name and social security number. This is a very serious legal matter it is imperative that you contact us today. You may reach the office at 347-778-7611 you may talk to any legal processor available.

This smacks of shake down to me. I have not responded.

Shake down is what it is!  Legitimate process servers don't call you to warn you they're going to serve you - kinda defeats the purpose.

Still, if you want to know for sure, call your county courthouse and see if any actions have been filed against you.  Chances are there's SQUAT.

Yeah I receive a call from this same number for the first time. These ppl should be a shame of themselves harrassing ppl over nonsense.

Keep getting similar calls from this number... Have told them to stop calling and to send me the information via US Mail as provided by the Fair Debt and Collection Act.   The guy hung up on me....Called number back and Ms Johnson answered "Law Offices".  I once again repeated my request and she told me not to call them back... when I did... she told me that I was making threats against them....LOL  so funny... I guess they consider it a threat when someone asserts their rights under Federal Law

I also received the same exact message who was is these people.
