I got a call saying that they wanted to serve me with Legal papers. I asked what about and got no response. I told her to bring it on. I have been the victim of a phone scam recently and this is most likely a scam.
just called and wanted to know if someone was gonna be home tomorrow to deliver legal documents...Call came from New York.....I'm now where near there!!! they gonna have a long drive!
They always calling saying they are going to serve me papers. It's a scam the first call is one number and 2nd is another different number they're trying to make you scared so you can pay them money. That's how they get there business. They don't even give you anything in the mail about it. They probAlly look on the internet and that's how they get your info. It's a SCAM. Don't answer.
I get this call at least once a week. Today they said that we missed the officer coming out to serve my husband papers. I called back and told them I was recording the conversation, they hung up. I then called the 888-807-5801 number and told them I was recording the call and they hung up too.
What does it take to get these people to stop calling?
Called looking for a relative to serve papers. Told them person did not live here and to please remove my # from their list. Told me they did not have to , I told them they did . They hung up.
