Just got a call stating that and employee was involved in a legal matter. The callers name was Alex Margan and he was from the legal department from ACS. I asked him what ACS stood for and he said Affidavid Consolidation Service.
Yes I received a call today as well and they gentleman said that his name was Roger Smith and was from acs and he gave me number 347-783-6067 however when i looked the caller id it was a number from a radio station out of florida so please beware i have also alerted the FTC and let them know as well they are scammers
Wants to talk to one of my employees. She said she was Daisy Brown - has a foreign accent.

I will not be passing on this message to my employee. We have had other calls from these type of places. They have been VERY rude to us - cussing us out and name calling.
Really wish there was some way to totally stop them from calling!!!!
I got one from her also. It sounds like she is Penny or Jennie Johnson telling me there is a lawsuit filed against me. I do not have a clue what any of this about. I am receiving calls from a lot of different numbers and they all have accents.
