They have called several times ...asked them to remove me from call list,, they use the wrong name when calling about a supposed cheaper energy rate. When I asked to speak to a super visor I was told a was being a child.
Constantly receiving calls from this number. I tell them to remove my number from their call list and they still call. This is very annoying, please help!
These are cold calls trying to switch energy supplier. Do not give any information. This is a scam. NY state opneed regulations to allow any company to supply energy to your regional carriers. Unfortunately, these suppliers still can't compete with rates offered by regional suppliers such as CONED, NYSEG and Central Hudson. The new suppliers also do not offer low night usage rates, so they will charge the same high rates day or night. Do no believe in the so called "rebates " they say they offer. Those don't exist.
