Who called from 3477980763

Scam artist claiming wanting to pay me with pay pal. I have no pp acct so I was suspicious when the person said a 3rd party would pick it up once proof of transaction existed. Presume this scam artist has hacked someone's pay pal acct. watch out.

Thanks for the info, this scammer offered to pay via paypal to me too, texted me at 3:00 in the morning which was made me already suspicious.

I was also texted @ 0225 in the morning, he/they agreed to pay asking price, (Craigslist posting), then asked for my PayPal email, name and invoice to be sent to [email protected] . He/they said a third party pickup would be arranged after transaction was completed and he would absorb all PayPal charges (how nice...).  Has a variety of other phone #,s based out of Las Vegas NV. I replied "I do cash or cashiers check", locally. He/they made an excuse about not having access to a post office or western union, (in New York or Las Vegas, REALLY?). So I responded saying I would then put the item on Ebay, (a legit site, w/legit PayPal), and since then no more communication, LOL! Google that "blumail" address and read on! This fish didn't bite, BEWARE!  (Aug. 27, 2014)

Same with me.  I was selling something on craigslist and they offered to pay me via pay pal.  They contacted me not too long after my post at about 11 AM this morning with a text so I wasn't too suspicious about the time.  I can't be on the phone while at work so texting is the best way for communicating for me while I'm at work.  Me being gullible, I actually opened a paypal account and gave them my email address to send me the "money."  the person asked me to "kindly go through your inbox or spam mail" for the confirmation of payment.  I then received an email from [email protected] in my spam folder, pretending to be paypal and asking me to use western union the shipping fee  of $399 "that was included in the payment" for the item. this FINALLY raised a red flag in my head so I called paypal and they said that its a scam.  

I entertained it for a little bit, and then ... she said that she was going to report me to the FBI for fraud! LOL I told her i'd meet her in jail.

I got a text from this guy last night with a different number at first then he  switched numbered. He was wanting my service willing to pay 60% now he was so  adamant about what card reader do I have and this and that it was 10 pm at night so knew somethings wasn't right not  including the way he was talking he to " to forward " like I want you to do this, or I need you to do this.. I got and email address from him to.. The number are +1 (347) 798-2020 and +1 (719) 426-6464
[email protected] So before you do anything goggle the number.. If it sounds to good to be truth then chances are they aren't..
