Who called from 3478025831

Caller ID "3478025831" ... OCT 24@11:52am EDT… I do not answer callers I do not know. No message on answering machine.

Called this number back. Verizon payment center

Screen said "cell phone" which is how my kids' phones read, so I picked up.  Was a recording"Congratulations!  You have won a cruise . . . " at which time I hung up.  

Received another call from them the following evening, but did not answer.

Call came in,while I was out...no message.

Rec'd a call from this number today, didn't answer (didn't recognize). Suspicious to me because the caller left no message, so checked this site.
