I got a phone call from this number saying they worked for Microsoft and that they fixed my computer back in october, 2012, (which they didn't) and that they installed something in my computer when they fixed it, (which they didn't) and that they needed to get access to my computer so they could make sure it was running correctly because the thing they installed to fix it, (which again, they didn't) was conflicting with my microsoft updates that they clamied i was not getting like i am suppose to. I get my updates from Micrcosoft weekly on sunday morning at 3:00 am and i have had no issues with my computer and I didn't let her access my computer. I hung up and posted this on facebook to warn others not to accept phone calls from anyone saying they work for Microsoft and I also included this number.
