I got a phone call yesterday from someone telling me my computer could crash at any moment.  Oddly enough I have not been able to connect to the internet on my computer.  Feeling suspicious, I ask for number to call him back as I could not understand him, or how he pronounced his name, which the most I could recognize when he spelled it was Dvda.  The number he gave me was 347-809-5300'.  He told me he was from India....I looked this number up under white pages and it identified the owner of the number as level 3communications...


I called that number this morning and got someone with the same accent who told me he was India.  I ask the name of his company and he told me ON line tech support.  He told me he was located in India.....what is this all about..  Did the first person give me a different number????
