Who called from 3478214670

I got a phone call today from (347) 821-4670, asking if I was working with a company called SCI.  I've never heard of them and told him so, the person thanked me and hung up.  He had a very strong Chinese accent, strangely.

Just received a call from this number.  Caller ID shows only "New York, NY" and the number.  Caller got my voicemail, but only hung up.

i also got the call from this no..who the heck is he??

I got a call from this number and the guy had to pause to see who he was calling and then asked for a name I have never of.  My guess is definitely dodgy...
