Who called from 3478214807

Now calling 5 to 8 times a day.  No one on other end.  Sometimes noise, sometimes hangs up, sometimes I hang up.

calls a few times a day and no one is there. if you try calling it back, you get a fast busy signal.
it is sooo annoying

calls a lot and is really annoying. usually noone is there, last time I got some noise in the backround and then this guys was like "hello is this mister (my last name)." and i was like "hello?" and he said "hellooooo" really wierd and hung up.

Called again today. My fax machine answered. They hung up, as usual.
I want someone to tell me why the minority are allowed to annoy the majority. They should create a CALL LIST. You want to be bugged all hours of the day and night, put your phone number on the "Call List." This crap has to stop. If effects everyone's daily lives. If the government won't stop them then the FCC should make it impossible for the marketeers to hid behind fake numbers and etc.
OK, I blew off some steam - for now.

called and used my first name to sound like somone who knew me.  when i called back got a fast buzy signal too....
