The number is an not a legitimate business and changes the caller ID each time it calls - they are a scammer and trying to get information that should be in their files if they were legitimate.  Do not call them back as that gives them the access to you by the simple contact.  If you receive any call from the 347-829 prefix disregard and report it immediately.  ABC uncovered a phone scamming ring out of California with ties to this group.   Remember if you have been served or being sued, nobody will call you about it, it must go through the normal legal process and served to you personally and at that time you have options to take action.   Never give out your SSN or the last 4 digits, address or phone number to anyone claiming to be from a law office, Microsoft (trying to gain access to  your computer) a collection agency (they are governed by your local State) or anyone calling your number that you do not know.   Ask for their phone number and address and name of the business they are representing, they will most likely hang up.   The problem with these type of calls is that they will continue to call and there is nothing that can be done until you register your phone with the do not call list.   At that time they are then subject to fines.  These are cell phones calling and most likely burner phones so they can dump them and continue down the list of phone numbers that they have purchased to defraud the consumer.  Report any suspicious activity to your local police department and start fighting back at these people
