"Mark" advertising a 2 bdrm. Greenwich Village apt. on Craigslist for $100/night.  Requires your personal email addy before forwarding info. and moneygram to cover rental, deposit, etc.  Call to my cell undecipherable, call to my land line sounded distorted and 'tinny' and got my radar up.  Mark followed up by sending a text, saying we'd be required to communicate in that manner.  When I emailed and said I wanted to have a conversation, he followed with an email saying he is a property manager and if I "don't trust this deal booking, you can book somewhere else sorry".  He will not respond nor call me back, an obvious scam!
