I got this threatening call too from someone purporting to be a representative of the treasury threatening dire consequences if I did not immediately return his call. He could not speak English well, very heavy accent, my guess is middle eastern, but not that familiar with accents. Do not return the call, then they know they have an active number!
347-838-5930 is a scammer whose name shows up as Nelson Carte. Leaves a ridiculous message with a heavy accent and terrible English about representing a "magistrate" and threatening dire consequences if I don't call back. Yeh, rright. Sure I'll give you my credit card no. why not SS while we're at it?

2/20 - received 2 calls from 347-838-5930 today with messages from Steve Martin representing the US Treasury. Legal action is pending if I don't return the call. Heavy middle eastern accent. Notification of legal action and US Treasury notifications are sent via USPS. Ignored the call but thought I'd report it for others to know.
They're at it again...probably similar to the IRS scam calls.
Received this call 2-20-15 @ 8:57 am. Caller ID said "New York, NY." Asian voice said he was "Keith Martin" . "This message is to "contract" you regarding an "impor-tan-net" action executed by the US Treasury requiring your attention. Ignoring this will be an intentional (something) attempt to avoid an appearance before a Magistrate Judge, a Grand Jury, or a Federal Criminal Action." Gives phone number (347-838-5930) and then "I advise you to co-operate with us...to help us help you". Shaking in my boots!! (NOT)
BTW, one of the results on Google for this number brought up Shenyang (China)...no surprise there.
