i called the 888-304-3662 #, and the person who picked up said it was "the employer network" and knew my name, which means (to me) they scour online job sites like careerbuilder for people looking for work, and enter it into their database, which matches the # on their caller ID to ones entered into the database. is it legit? don't know, didn't get that far.
