Unfortunately, no one at 800notes can do anything about the calls you are receiving.  Furthermore, it's not likely that the Indian Scam Center that is calling you is going to read your post, know who you are, know your telephone number and stop calling you.  Read Tamianth's post above and get yourself a call blocker or download a call blocking app.   Here's some info:
