Who called from 3478565620

I got a call from this number and they left no message. 5PM in LA.  When I called from my home line it said it was a non-working number.  Weird.

They called and it was a charity that I had never heard of. It's a spoofed number (I checked while talking to them).

After wasting a few minutes of their time, I told them I thought they were a scam and they used spoof numbers and to basically shove it.
