This guy called me unsolicited looking to hawk web design services.  I politely told the gentleman I was not interested and to put me on their do not call list. Then the jerk proceded to talk over me and continue his attempt to hawk his crap.

My number is on the national national do not call list, worst yet is the jerk posed as a potential client  responding to my advertising for the first few seconds to keep me on the line.  

This jerk is going around telemarketing any phone number he can find on craigslist.
