have no clue who this is left a strange msg with broken English, guessing from India. Leaving msg for a person I have no clue who this Regina Garcia is that the person left the msg for. Also stating they are adam bell with the department of legal affairs.
These people are scammers!!! It's tax season & people are getting their refunds & these scammers are out to get any money they can from people with a bunch of illegal scare tactics!!! Please go to www.treasury.gov where there are videos about these scammers and also a link to report these clowns!!!
