They are from some other country and very hard to understand . In fact I don't know what they said except they repeat my address very plain and I never reply. I think it is a solicitation.
Someone called asking questions asked what it was about said that someone would be calling in the next week and to answer the phone and I asked again what it was about then they hung up. Could hardly understanding them because you could tell that their English wasn't very good. Also did tell them not to call me again and to take my name off their call list. Will not answer any phone numbers that I don't know and won't call back unless they can leave a message telling what they are calling about and sometimes won't even call back then. Why do places harass people calling them and calling them it's ridiculous.
