Was someone clearly in a call center saying his name is "Jerry Smith". He told me he's interested in buying my house as an investment since it's listed at a "very nice price". He then wanted me to tell him how much I was asking for the condo. I asked him why he was calling me and not my realtor. He said he called my realtor a month ago and was told he wasn't my realtor anymore. That's hysterical since I'm very good friends with my realtor... I'm not sure what angle "Jerry Smith" had, but it was definitely some kind of scam.
