Who called from 3478994282

They called, I didn't know the number so I didn't answer. Then read these facts. Must be  scam. My phones are also on no call list. But they still call.

they just called me too. I answered and did not hear a word

Go to the FTC website and report them (https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx). Talking about it here won't stop anything.

called 8/1/16, 11:47AM I did not pickup and no message left.

Called 2 times and hang up the phone.
