I have a call on answering machine. He was talking with thick accent. I did not understand a word

Got a call from this number did not understand a word he was talking about other than an order that I know we did not place

They called and said that they were holding a shipment of mine and that i had to go buy a prepaid card and read the number out to them. Are you serious?

Just got a call from this number...very bad connection and thick accent!
