This number is sending out spam texts to various phones... File complaints with the Federal Communication Commission and see if we can't get a "Do Not Text" list started just like there is a "Do Not Call" list! Especially since this individual can not seem to understand "Don't text me again" and they do it again. I know I filed my complaint !!
