Who called from 3479336679

I got 2 calls today from them.. they left a message the 2nd time.  The foreign sounding man said I need to call them..and if I don't I should get an attorney because it will be a legal mess for me..I know it's a scam.

I talked with him and he said the same thing.

Definitely a scam...said they were from dept of us treasure and had to call an officer immediately and it was an emergency
