Received a text message from this number this morning saying I had won a free iPod.  The message sent me to a website that is supposedly WinBidPlay's site.  I was filling out my info until they asked for my credit card info, including the 3-digit code on the back.  This was for a $1.00 deduction for administrative fees.  That's when I backed out of the contrest (or whatever).  I have not bid on any penny auctions.
