got a phone call from this number but it was actually my mother in law who lives 25 miles from me and not 1500 miles from me. Is something being routed thru this NYC number via theft and charges are being billed unknowingly to her phone bill.

they call every day from a cell phone and I can't understand them as they have heavy indian accent . I hang up on them. I am on the do not call list. how to make them stop.
I have received over 20 continuous calls from this number this evening. No answer, no message.
When I don't pick up it rings at least 15 times. I have stopped picking up. Calls continue.
