He claimed to be "Quick.com support" or something like that. Sorry I couldn't tell with his accent and his talking quietly even when he repeated it.
He claimed Microsoft had updates for my PC but it was rejecting them and he was going to help me fix this. Should have talked to him further to get more information, but this is a scam to take over your PC and insert a virus, a Trojan or some other software on it to steal from you (credit card numbers, bank account information) or make your PC part of a bot net.
Someone called my house 3 random times and when I tried to call her back they started ignoring my calls. If anyone knows who this person is, please tell them this promise. She isn't gonna mess up my happy home. Don't call come down here n I promise you will get a huge surprise.
