Yes...Fraud alert! These guys should be locked up! Using "tindal weaver" as the callerID; Threaten a lawsuit and want you to go to WalMart to send money using WesternUnion. Claim an unpaid debt from a few years ago. Threaten to call workplace, sheriff....Crooks!
I have received countless calls from these folks. I have their number blocked as they tend to threaten me with the law, (totally illegal and patently untrue) so today they spoofed the same number through Spain of all places. It's starting to get annoying.
I received a call yesterday about I getting sued for a loan I took. Apparently I haven't paid it off since 2010. I already knew the craziness of this guy. Funny is name was Reggie then placed me on hold. The supervisor sounded exactly like him so I played alone for my humor. They even have the name of loan company plus what city I took the loan in. Just happens I actually use to live there so I called the company myself. They never heard of me or even have me on file. That was easy.
They called back today I played along again and ask him for the information so submitted the charges. Well all he talked about is how I will pay this fee or get charged with fraud. I finally had enough and told him I talked to the company and management. He continued to give the threats about charges blah blah. Finally I had to ask, you want me to pay for a bill that doesn't exist? How stupid are you guy? I warned this fool about calling me again but I will find a way to submit this number to law enforcement.
I received a call from this PCS. He said he need 2,500.00 or I am going to jail for fraud. I told him to [***] and swallow every drop of DNA. He screamed some foreign language and hung up on me.
